Kagiwiosa Manomin Wild Rice is self-seeding and grown organically without the use of chemical
fertilizers and pesticides.
Traditionally, Manomin Wild Rice has been roasted over an open wood fire to bring out the natural
nutty flavour of the grain.
The Kagiwiosa cooperative has developed wood fire roasters that produce the same great taste
within a commercial context.
Manomin Wild Rice is then packaged (with a smile) and labeled- ready to be delivered to your
dining table.
